Delivery, Fees & Pickups
We deliver throughout Australia with Express service to Metro Cities and regular service to regional areas. We use reputed and efficient transport companies for local and interstate deliveries.
All goods dispatched are professionally packed to avoid any damage in transit.
We will advise you in writing with your consignment number and contact information of the transport company as soon as your item is dispatched. You can track your order online in most cases or contact the transport company for approximate delivery status and delivery schedule.
To ensure prompt and hassle free delivery please:
- Provide your accurate address details and 2 working contact numbers.
- Please make sure you have sufficient access / clearance for the goods to get into your place.
- Make sure an adult person is present to accept the goods on the day of delivery.
- We / Transport companies are liable to deliver your goods to your driveway only. If you have any special delivery requirements like delivery to your lounge room / back yard / upper levels in high story buildings, you need to contact us and we will try to help you as much as we can. Additional charges may apply for non standard delivery requirements.
- Please note we / Transport Company may not be always able to call you before delivery, so please make yourself available in the time window provided for delivery.
- Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
- Futile delivery / Reattempts will incur in additional costs.
- Goods will not be left at delivery address for security reasons if somebody above 18 years is not present to receive the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If you notice any damage to the goods during delivery, please contact us / transport company within 24 hours with damage details.
- We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
- Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery
Delivery Time:
We can delivery in 2-4 days for Metro Areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide & Central Coast. Delivery to Darwin, Perth Regional areas may take 4-10 working days.

Delivery Charges:
We try to use freight modes based on balance of efficiency , safety & cost of delivery for the customer. We have our team of local revivalists and national carriers for safe and efficient delivery of your purchase.
Delivery Charges for your purchase are displayed and added in total at checkout. If you are unsure of the charges or they sound incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to clarify. The charges quoted in check out may be incorrect in some cases and we reserve the right to revise them and charge the difference with prior intimation to you.
Your goods are not insured for transit damage. We offer transit insurance at nominal charges and we encourage you to take insurance in our checkout for your peace of mind to cover any damage, loss or theft of your purchase in transit.
Pickup of your Purchase:
Pickup of your goods is also welcome with PRIOR APPOINTMENT only.
Please indicate ‘Pickup’ as your choice in your checkout with intended pickup date / time . Please reconfirm pickup via Email or Contact Us on 02 96255284, 24-48 hours before coming .
Make Sure:
- Please make sure you have appropriate vehicle and equipment to fit the goods safely.
- No damage / replacement are acceptable for picked up goods. You can check the goods for any damage before pickup to your satisfaction.
- Pickup is not available for payments made via Paypal, as Paypal needs proof of delivery to customer at their Paypal Registered address.
- Pickup can be organized by customers by third party with written authorization.
We reserve the right to charge handling fee for pickups as mentioned in product details.
