Inspection of Goods:

Being online busines and keep our operating costs low, we have a limited items on display at our showroom to allow you to feel and check the quality and workmenship of our products.
If you are interested  in inspecting a particular item before placing an order you are requested to confirm with us if that particular item is on display. 
Our business model is based on Manufacturer to Customer, so its not possible for us to stock each and every model.
We have extensive collection of designs for different categories of furniture listed on this website. You are requested to shop with confidence.

Placing Your Order:
1)        You may place an Order by shopping online or over the phone by contacting us on 02 96255284 during working hours. All your purchases are covered by our
            satisfaction guarantee policy.
2)        When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number by email.
3)        We will  issue Order Confirmation after your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of the order.
4)        We will advise delivery schedule of your order in order confirmation.
            Delivery time:
            In stock Items: 2-7 Working days depending on destination.
            Special Orders: 4-8 Weeks Depending on departure of next shipment and nature of product.
5)        Once full payment for the order has been received we will advise you delivery details of  your order by email address registered with us. Online tracking of your order is available for most orders or you can contact transport company handling your item directly for any delivery queries.
