Special Orders

Special Orders Terms & Conditions:

Customers are welcome to place can place special order in any available colour with options available in product details. Following trems and conditions apply for Special orders.

• Special orders will usually  need 4-8 weeks for production after order is confirmed by us. Actual time required for specific order will be mentioned in the order confirmation.
• 50% 0f the order value is required for Special Orders once the order is confirmed by us.We reserve the right to vary the amount of deposit depending on the product / order.
• Please not Special orders are non refundable and non returnable.
• If you wish to make any changes to your special order, please contact us within 24 hours of order confirmatio. We will try to accommodate your request for any changes but we cannot guarantee. We may not be able to honor your request as sometimes production starts within 24hours of order confirmation. Special Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any  cancellation after 24 hours of order confirmation will not be entertained and we may forfeit  the deposit against the order.
•  We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your Products  within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation. However there may be delay due to reasons beyond our control like shipping vessel delay / breakdown, customs / quarantine processing delay etc.We will will try to keep you updated regarding your order status from time to time if any such delay is anticipated.
• We will refund your deposit and cancel the order, if the order is not delivered in time frame mentioned in your confirmation order.
•  There may be slight variation in representation of colours of products ordered due to monitor settings, digital photography effects or light conditions the pictures were taken in for the product. Customer is requested to make appropriate inquiries to his satisfaction before placing a special order in relation to colour shades, sizes, items included in order, material etc.
• Any unclaimed special orders will be resold after 10 days of notification of availability unless prior special arrangements have been made with us in writing by the customer.
• We may charge storage charges for any extended storage of unpaid / unclaimed / where customer is not ready to take delivery of the goods.
•  In case of non delivery of order for whatever reason , our liability is restricted to refund of your deposit / amount paid against that order only. We will not be liable for any consequential damage arising form nondelivery of that order or answerable to any other party other than the customer placing the order.
