Warranty & Returns

At Mexda Spas, you can shop with total peace of mind.
We offer 7 days money back warranty. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the item for full refund subject to following terms.

  1. The item is returned within seven days of purchase accompanied with original invoice / receipt. We may our discretion, give you a Store Credit  for the value indicated by our returns system.
  2. Goods should not be returned / dispatched for return with our authorization in written.
  3. The item is not used or damaged with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact.
  4. Item should be packed in original packing and re-saleable condition.
  5. We can’t accept returns floor stock, unwrapped mattresses, Special Orders, goods ordered to your specifications or products purchased  AS-IS,  or if you change your mind.
  6. You will need to organize the delivery of goods being returned at your risk and cost. Goods being returned are your responsibility till they are received in our warehouse and issued with a valid return docket.
  7. Original shipping costs of the item are not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. If the item was shipped free of cost, normal applicable shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  8. Handling fees charges for the item are not refundable.

Warranty & Servicing:

 Please refer to individual product details for specific warranty conditions.

Parts Only means Furniture Home will supply only spare parts required for repairing the unit free of cost. We may ask for details of fault to satisfy that parts is indeed faulty. Faults caused by negligence / misuse and mishandling are not covered by parts warranty policy. Customer will need to arrange his own labour / techenician to install the required parts.

Bulky items are transported and delivered in standard professional packaging. Minor Scratches, cuts, diffrence due to natural characteristics of the product are not covered by warranty / refunds / returns.

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items:

We endeavor to ensure that what you ordered is received by you in good working order and is able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and / or as specified by us. In case you have received a damaged item we request you to please follow the following procedure to enable us to ensure speedy resolution of the matter:

  1. Please check carefully for any damage when goods are delivered to you by the courier / transport company. If you see any apparent damage on the packaging, please contact us on 02 96255284 or the transport company with 24 hours. You can also write comments about the damage on the delivery receipt before signing it. If you are not able to see any apparent damage during delivery for some reason, you should contact us immediately with details and pictures of the damage and forward us at support@furniturehome.com.au within 48 hours.
  2. Most of the goods we deliver are covered by transit insurance but if you don’t report the damage within 24 hours, the claim may be refused.
  3. Follow the Returns Policy procedure for returning the goods after authorization.

Replacements or refunds do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated, used and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product or as noted on the product listing. If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, Furniture Home expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, warranties will only apply to products used for personal / private use. Using products purchased from Furniture Home for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided.

Assembly:

Most of our products are designed to be assembled by the customer at home. Some items need above average handyman skills and more than one person to safely and accurately assemble the item. We do not cover any damage to the goods as result of incorrect assembly and damaged parts may be hard to replace / reorder.
Almost all products requiring assemble will have an instruction / assembly manual. Please contact us on for any help or see our download section.

If you prefer to get it assembled or need assistance assembling your furniture, talk to one of our friendly co-workers in store and we can organize assembly at extra cost.
