Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions "We" and "Us" mean Pacific ImpExp Services Pty Ltd T/As Furniture Home,  ABN 484 562 437 M Center, Shop 2, 40 Sterling Road, Minchinbury NSW 2770, and "you" means you the customer.
These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Australian Sales Only

We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia for products purchased normally through our website unless agreed prior to purchase.

Legal Capacity to Transact:

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Furniture Home.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Furniture Home suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Furniture Home reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Furniture Home.

Placing Your Order:

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form / Checkout on the Furniture Home Web Site and clicking the "Confirm Order" button. When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number by email.
By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Furniture Home website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any products, however Furniture Home will make every effort to supply products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. Furniture Home and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an confirmation email regarding the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process/  accept or deliver your Order for any reason before /after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible and we reserve the right to cancel the order. Our liability in such a case will only be limited to refunding your deposits / payments received against that order.

Special Orders:

Customers are welcome to place Special Orders for most products in diffrent colors and optional extras, available on our website

Special Orders will need 4-8 weeks for production after order is confirmed by us.
Order is not confirmed till deposit of 30% is received and order confirmation issued by us. We reserve the right to vary the amount of deposit depending on the product / order. Please not Special orders are non refundable and non returnable. If you wish to make any changes to your special order, please contact us with 24 hours of order confirmation. We will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee we can honor your request as sometimes production starts within 24hours of order confirmation.
Special Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any cancellation after 24 hours of order confirmation will not be entertained and we may forfeit the deposit against the order.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we cannot guarantee that we can deliver your order within this time frame. There may be delay due to reasons beyond our control like shipping vessel delay / breakdown, customs / quarantine processing delay etc.
Delay in delivery of goods cannot be a reason for canceling the order.
