Answer the following questions to create a simple returns policy for your store.

WHAT can be returned?
All brand new items in stock can be returned within 7 days of purchase in original packaging and must be unused and of merchantable condition. Please contact our office to make sure item can be returned and resolve any issues before returning. Ex Display / Floor Stock and Special Order items carry no warranty and are sold on as is basis and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Set the time limit for returns.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to our warehouse at customers cost with return authorization from our office.

HOW do customers return items?
Customer must arrange return of goods at his cost to our ware house along with original proof of purchase.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customer must arrange return of goods at his cost to our ware house. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

CREDIT for returns?
Set how customer is credited for returned item.

Instore return option?
If you have brick and mortar locations, can customers return items there. Provide locations, directions and hours of operation.

Packing materials?
Do items need to be in orginal packaging for returns?
